April 14th, (Sat) Demonstration at Sakura matsuri ( Cherry blossom festival ) in Washington DC, USA. Seminar and training by Ueno soke will be also held before or after the demo in DC area.
May 20th, (Sun) Special demonstration dedicated the divinity of the Kashima shrine, and Setoguchi-Bizennokami-Masamoto, the creator of TJH, Kashima Shrine, Ibaragi prefecture, Japan.
Kashima shrine is a very special place because its divinity Takemikazuchi-no-kami, which is the main God of all Japanese martial arts, together with Futsunushi-no-kami o Katori shrine. It is believed that all Japanese martial arts have their roots in the place where those two shrines are located.
